What we do
Iran Trademark is a trademark practice based in Tehran. Our work covers the whole life of a mark in Iran: searching before filing, choosing classes and drafting specifications, filing and prosecuting applications, opposing and defending marks, and maintaining registrations through renewals and recordals.
We act for Iranian companies and entrepreneurs and for foreign brand owners, from start-ups preparing to export to established groups managing large international portfolios. Many of our foreign clients come to us through their in-house legal teams or their trademark counsel in other countries, and we are used to fitting into their way of working.
